Price Calculation and Online Booking
Hen and stag parties,
and other loud gatherings can only be accommodatedif the whole house (both apartments) is bookedand you let us know in advancethat you are planning a party. Between 1 October and the end of February, booking the Private House meets this condition – you just need to let us know in advance.
If the whole house is not booked, compliance with the house rules is mandatory, in particular the quiet hours after 10 pm!
Please enter children over the age of 3 as adults when booking.
Children aged 3 or under can be accommodated – if the house is fully booked – in a folding travel cot.

Private House – the entire building is yours alone
The Calm Resort Hertelend welcomes its guests with flexible booking options outside the main season and peak periods!
Main season: March – September (the Fox and Eagle apartments can be booked separately)
Private House season: 1 October – end of February
Peak periods: public holidays, long weekends and other peak dates
From the beginning of October to the end of February, we rent out the entire Calm Resort Hertelend building to a single group. No other guests will arrive during your stay: the garden, the covered 5-person jacuzzi and the parking area are exclusively yours.
Minimum stay: 2 nights
Arrival: Monday to Friday
Departure: Sunday to Thursday
