Private House – the entire building is yours alone
The Calm Resort Hertelend welcomes its guests with flexible booking options outside the main season and peak periods!
Main season: March – September (the Fox and Eagle apartments can be booked separately)
Private House season: 1 October – end of February
Private booking option outside the main season:
From the beginning of October to the end of February, we rent out the entire Calm Resort Hertelend building to a single group. No other guests will arrive during your stay: the garden, the covered 5-person jacuzzi and the parking area are exclusively yours.
Which apartment will you stay in?
- 1–3 guests: Fox apartment
- 4–6 guests: Eagle apartment
- 7–13 guests: Eagle and Fox apartments
Booking conditions during the Private House season
- Minimum stay: 2 nights
- Arrival: Monday to Friday
- Departure: Sunday to Thursday
- One price for up to 2 guests, above that the price depends on the number of guests – billing is based on the number of guests who actually arrive

Deposit:
The booking deposit is 25% of the total price.
Prices are in HUF and include 27% VAT.
Tourist tax (IFA): HUF 300/person/night for guests over 18, payable by bank transfer or in cash on site.

Cancellation:
Guests may cancel their booking free of charge if they notify the service provider in writing no later than the 14th day before arrival. In this case, the full booking amount will be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled within 13 days of arrival, we are unable to refund the deposit paid. However, the deposit is not lost: it can be used once for another date within 6 months of the cancellation, subject to availability.
Changes:
Guests may change their stay once, free of charge, up to the 7th day before arrival, subject to availability. Any price difference resulting from the new booking period must be paid. From the 6th day before arrival no changes are possible, and the accommodation provider is unable to refund the amount paid.
Arrival:
Arrival is from 2 pm on the day of your booking. On arrival, all guests must present their ID card or passport for electronic document scanning; the data is stored in the closed system of the national tourism data service and the police (NTAK requirement).
